LH had an email newsletter earlier this week highlighting children areas in their lounges. (Not having children I didn't bother to read much but hopefully am still permitted to post this here!)

Re the YVR MLL lounge - I would say that the
international one is not very large to the poster who said that it is kid friendly. There are MLL for trans-border, domestic, and international and they do vary in size and layout.
