I'll just add my prediction:

If a new city announced, it would be PHL or SLC, probably PHL from SEA.

If its a new route pair, I'd say its ANC-IAH (ok, I really have no idea, but this sounded nice!)
I heard on the radio yesterday that, in the opening ceremony of the new terminal in San Jose, AS management announced the start of SJC-LIH flights in March 2011.
