Definitely worth it. I don't always clear for the upgrades (Monday mornings DEN-DTW is the only route I've not gotten it, but I fly that every two weeks), but what's even more valuable to me is the priority treatment during irregular ops, weather issues and so on. It has very often meant getting home instead of not getting home, and that's worth a lot to me.
