In 2010 and recent history 1Ks receive 6 SWUs at the beginning of the year and an addition 2 SWUs (at that point) for each 50K EQM above 100K EQM. So at 200K EQM you will have received 10 SWUs.
SWUs are good to use/fly to the end of the month one year after posting.
The plan for 2011 has not yet been announced yet (but likely to be the same?? -- if not prepare for the riot)
