I do not know of many businesses that would willingly let their clients break their rules to allow them to save on the price of their products... all in the name of "customer service"...

Furthermore, as a ELITE member, it is likely that your seat on the OTP/??? flight (on the latest Skyteam airline RO?) would have been protected, leading potentially to a situation of overbooking with someone else being denied boarding against their will.

My local supermarket is rubbish. However it is convenient and cheaper than its competitors. Consequently I shop with them to the extend that if they were running a "frequent shopper" scheme, I would certainly hold one of their top tier status.
Does this give me the right to shoplift and, if doing so, to be offended if I get caught? Can I moan when the prices are raised to compensate for the loss in revenue? I, personally, do not think so...
