New York-Ren. Times Sq.--Took my son for a long weekend and the concierge met us at check in and I asked about the 1/2 price tickets. She said to call her when we were ready and she would walk us over. Went over to the TKTS booth with a line all the way down the block and she went up and hugged the "security guards" and walked us right up to the window.
