Hey everyone! I will be traveling to France and Israel starting next week for the next 10 weeks. I have a few tech questions and hope you guys can answer for me as you are the experts!

1. What's the best thing for me to do as far as a cell phone in both countries? I know intl roaming plans are super expensive. How do I go around this?


2. Will my 3G iPad work in either country? How do I go about this?


3. The apartment I am renting in Paris does not have internet access at all (this is not going to fly!). Am bringing my Macbook Pro with me and am wondering the best way to get hi speed wifi.
