A fantastic, underrated, and less well-known Utah resort is Snowbasin, though access is not as easy as the above-mentioned resorts. If you are staying in SLC, Snowbasin might be a bit too far. If you stay in Park City (which I would), you can just wake up an hour early and make a full day of it.
Ixnay the Owbasinsnay alktay. Snowbasin is probably the best-kept secret in U.S. skiing, and for me at least a full day there is easily doable, even from Salt Lake. It'll be a longer day, but it's worth it.
