I've been looking for awhile online, and I havent the slightest clue on how to buy these passes (esp. GOL) I found the Canadian office for the TAM pass (but she said I must be flying to Brazil on STAR alliance) - I am on COPA however.

So, question is:
1) Is there a place i CAN buy a TAM pass (preferred) w/o having a STAR alliance flight into Brazil? if not,
2) Where can I buy a GOL pass (and is it airline restricted like TAM)?
