Is it true that you get 25 miles for answering each survey?

I did not even know that.....I have been answering all surveys since over a year ago, based on the ideas (1) I volunteered to give AC my opinions in terms of what I'd like to see in Air Canada, how I would like to be treated, (2) AC does look at these feedbacks seriously and then integrate them into their business operation.

Of course I do not expect them to listen all suggestions (occasionally my complaints) and translate each single item with actions.

But even if I was told and would be given 25 points for each survey, it would not have been really worth the effort of 10 minutes each time, not even the token of appreciation. I have been doing it, purely because I'd like to see AC to become a much better airline on the global stage, and I can perhaps benefit a bit when I afford to use their services all the times.

Apparently once I become too busy or lose passion about it, I will stop feeding back the survey, and even if there is 25 points associated (I do not receive it, and I do not care about it).

It would be very difficult to gauge how AC reacts to all these feedbacks. We all have personal and individual experience flying Air Canada. Like many folks heres, many times I feel frustrated, while many other times, I love the airline (still the major one out of this land with international reaches) and am proud of it. So we will settle it with the overall improvement (gradually) of services, product, and experience). This is the major drive for me to keep returning the surveys.

Understanding that some folks take George Clooney's approach by saving every penny/mile to build his mileage bank, it would be nice to see AC give a few more points to reward this kind of survey. I am not a super rich millionaire, but I need anything over 5000 or 10,000 points, should it appear as a reward form, to motivate myself to answer questions.

The key here is still a process, a dialog between the Air Canada and its core customers or at least a small portion of its key customers. So overall if there is a significantly louder voice or noise from the folks here, chances are that AC will respond, and this is what the nature of such survey.

For me, at least AC is showing the gesture that it's willing to listen. And it is worth the 10-min feedback. The 25 points is not worth it.
