I thought AA only earned 50% for discount econo (I know they are saying C3 will be 100%). At least AC to US is 100%

From AA website:

Purchased Fares Points Earned Per Mile Flown
First Class 1.50
Business Class 1.25
Full-fare Economy Class* 1.00
Discount Economy Class** .50

Since AA's site is vague, what is the deal with COS bonus for Q miles for Platinum. In previous oneworld comparison charts, it showed no COS bonus applying to Q miles earnings unless you were Exec Plat. Since I don't fly AA, I don't know.
