Hah. Wrong airline, but I had US offer me (largely because I knew the gate agent in question) $300 and the next flight to take a bump today. I politely declined, and informed her that I'm not taking any more bumps until they do away with the standby crap, and she will just have to IDB one more irate pax.

Et Tu to the cartel airlines, I say!
