I thought that AA was going to limit the amount of their vouchers to $300. I guess $300 doesn't cut the mustard when a 757 is overbooked by 25 people. If only the AA brain trust understood that moronic scenes like this are probably going to become more frequent in the future when a bunch of those 25 overbooked folks would have gladly flown home standby on an earlier flight if it weren't for a !@#$%& $100 standby fee.
