It's not a bad SC but it does tend to get crowded and the wireless connection has been pretty slow when I've been in there.
For a hub, MEM SC is smaller, but better than the clubs in ATL. I would not say it is basic SC, but rather basic WC with the enhanced SC amenities. It can get crowded in the afternoons, but there is room to spread out.
