Agree that SLC would probably have the best award availability.
If you have already skiied the resorts around the SLC area, you could try heading north to Sun Valley, Idaho (SUN). Roughly 3.5 hr drive on the interstate. Who knows, you might get lucky and find award availability into SUN. The snow conditions are best after New Year's when the resort receives the majority of its snow pack.
