I think the better thing is to get the kids on early, sit them down, and let them pass out before the stimulation of 150 other pax are there. Families usually have a lot of stuff that needs to be pushed, packed, and stowed, and they could very easily delay takeoff if they boarded last, and it'd be worse to trap them in the jetway than the plane. I can't decide exactly in what order I think Z-1, PREM, and Z1 & Z2 should board, but I do believe that Z-1 needs on before the masses. Perhaps they should let Z-1 on right after Z2.
