I just called Asiana and it looks like my qualifying period ends on October 31, 2010. Too bad because I have quite a bit of flying scheduled for November and December.

If my new qualifying period starts November 1, 2010 and I pass 40,000 miles in January 2011, does that mean I get Diamond status for the current period (ending November 2012) as well as the next 2 years (ending November 2014)?
