F on the 757 is the same seat as the A320 except there are 6 rows instead of 3. The 767 has more F seats but they suck...worst first class in the fleet. The design of the seats is the same as the 757/A320, but they are 1.5" narrower and have a little dinky drink table. Don't get me wrong the seat is better than coach, but not by a lot.

I suggest canceling your mileage upgrade request and go for UDU (assuming you're booked on the same PNR..you can't get UDU for a companion on a separte PNR). You have a good chance of both making it and the $ savings is worth the risk.
