I need to book LHR - PUS. BA and JAL fly LHR - NRT and JAL fly NRT - PUS. I don't seem to be able to book this online so that my flights are on the same PNR. I called BA and they couldn't access discounted fares NRT - PUS and said that if I wanted JAL discounted fares I would have to have separate PNR's. That isn't good if my LHR - NRT flight is delayed and I miss my connection. Travel agents seem to be able to do this so why not BA? Am I being dim or has OneWorld let me down....

Any tips would be welcome here.
