I agree with techgirl on this one. First, I think it is very nice AA lets us exhange any electronics at all for anything (I have never done so). Second, we are so blessed that we can upgrade off any fare - we really are. Just read some of the stuff over at Delta, Continental, United and US Air.
I think what is important now is trying to keep our perspective on things.
