Yes, AA say they didn't advise us, because it was an unpublished benefit. So, does that mean that it will now become a published benefit?

True, the rate has been decimated. We'll only get 2000 miles per 4 e-upgrades instead of 10,000 miles. I fly mostly international, so I'm pretty pissed about this, because I NEVER use the darn things and they're of no use to me whatsoever. If I'm upgrading, I use a 10E of 25SS award, which of course upgrades the domestic portions of my itinerary.

Can someone please remind me why I'm bothering to make EXP this year....?
