Aircraft Cockpit Distractions

I am a Graduate student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and I am completing a study on cockpit distractions, in light of the proposed bill from Congress to eliminate portable electronics. I'm conducting an anonymous survey of about 10 questions which will only take a couple minutes to complete. This is strictly for academic purposes only. I need responses from pilots for my survey and research to be successful. Hopefully I can get female reactions, as well as cargo and recreational pilots too. I also welcome any feedback on the topic. If you like I can post my results as well, as I have found many people interested in the subject. I have listed the link below:

Thanks in advance,
