FWIW, both the Sheraton and the Castillo are on Starpicks.com right now.

It appears to me that the Cat5 Sheraton seems to often have more expensive prices for standard rooms than the Cat6 Castillo. But the Castillo has more expensive upgraded rooms.

Both are within about a half mile of each other up on the hill at the Son Vida golf course. The SR is about 5 miles away down on the coast.

To where would you spend a lot of time traveling from any of them?
