Disclaimer: First of all, I apologize for posting this here if it has already been stickied or posted elsewhere... I searched for 10 minutes and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Background: I had a roller coaster experience with Delta - three airports, two countries, innumerable gate agents, two phone calls, one tornado warning, etc. There were a few notably pleasant encounters that I had - two that might make the top 5, having flown more than 300 legs over the past two years on various airlines - but they were overwhelmed by encounter after encounter of really bad service - people who were unaccommodating, rude, curt, disinterested, mistaken and in some cases calling me a liar. One of these was easily the worst experience I've ever had, with any airline. In short, I wrote a 1000+ word letter, detailing both the exemplary service (with names included) as well as larger concerns I have about Delta employees' attitudes and my treatment.

The Question: Where can I send a physical copy of this letter? I don't wish to use the online entry system, and would like someone to actually see this.

Anyone have an address or PO Box that they've used before? Did you receive a reply? Any sort of compensation (this is an ancillary concern, and is not requested in the letter... just curious)
