Delta received 1.94 complaints per 100,000 emplanements.
UA received only 1.7 complaints per 100,000 emplanements, and CO had 1.67.
I understand the one whole complainer on CO, but who was the 2/3rds of a person? The real issue here is that they're all carrying partial customers*.
*and FT'ers are the most partial of all.

Seriously, though, the difference between those three airlines comes down to about one complaint per half million customers. Seems pretty irrelevant. It's not like an Olympic event, where 1/100th of a second is significant.
