I currently have a confirmed return flight on 29/07. I would prefer 30/7 but they only have J class which doubles the price.
My agent put my on waitlist (RQ) for Z Business. How does this work? Do I automatically get it if a Z seat opens up? Do I have to check? does it automatically release after some time?

You have a long time until your flight- wait until a week before (23/07/2010) and check with your travel agent to see if it opens up- they will be automatically notified through the GDS. Usually it works out OK.
