I am a Plat elite with DL/NW and usually get about 100,000 miles a year with them. In addition to my main account, I also have a FF account for *A on BMI where I am a Blue Plus. I used to be based in the US but am now based in Switzerland (and hence the additional *A account for my occasional travels on Swiss Air).

However, it seems like I will be having a few trips to London on BA (very short flights) this year. I don't see myself flying OW much at all other than the occasional trips to London when Swiss Air becomes much more expensive. I do have another trip planned end of this year (private trip) that would involve a round trip LAN flight from PPT to Easter Island (a good distance flight).

Any recommendations as to which OW FF program to join? I've read through the posts on the board, but most are more related to people who actually travel often on OW flights. For me, I am not looking for tier (that's what ST is for), but mostly just good redemption, and preferably a program with miles exp longer than the 18 months on AA.
