"Most awful"? Perhaps some detail as to why might be helpful.

I was there last month and rather enjoyed my stay. Upgraded to a balcony seaview room in the Ferringhi Tower from a standard seaview room. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. All for a very good rate.
