Passed by last night... Boy was I wrong
They are almost done with the construction (they are on the 8th or 9th floor now) and I think they have a few more floors to go but I think another 18 months and it should be done. Having said that, the Hilton Hotel has been sitting there, completed for some time now and nothing has happened yet. Don't know what's the hiccup there. Maybe a disagreement with Hilton and the owners, something else... No idea really.
