Thanks for this. Faxed BPs and e-ticket numbers 6/6 and finally late last week got a snail mail response saying "To process your request we need additional documentation...if you traveled on an electronic ticket, please include a copy of the electronic ticket receipt and itinerary issued by the airline".
The receipt the travel agent sent us only had the eticket numbers, the travel agent's invoice number, and a redacted credit card number on it. What other information are they after that is only on this Air France eticket receipt I've never seen? (And why is it so important that they can't issue mileage credit without it when we checked in using just the eticket numbers?)
