Today I was auto-upgraded and I went to view the seat map on aa.com where my reservation is. It says i'm in seat 4E (first), yet it says Coach. View the seat map and the coach map comes up. Anyone experienced this before? A call to AA says I am in first at 4E and no clue why I can't see the first map.
