You can usually get one from DL, but YMMV. In some airports, like DCA and MSY, you can access the SC with ANY same-day (DCA/MSY) boarding pass. At the other end of the spectrum, I have been flat-out denied access at MKE , and had to raise hell at BOS and JFK to get access .

Isn't it ironic that DCA would be the most lenient?
