The SC access to the priority checkpoint line was an important perk for me. I fly, but not enough any longer to get above FO. It's not fun in SLC to go through general security lines on days when the families with ma and pa plus 10 kids are all going to Disneyland or DisneyWorld. I've seen the lines back up through the rat maze while I'm the only one in the priority line. Makes life so much easier, especially when I've got one of the early morning flights (I live a 30 minute drive from the airport).
When my SC membership is up, I won't be renewing unless that perk is restored.
