SkyClub has gone down hill. No question to it. No matter what SkyMiles Insider Says...It is a HORRIBLE! What is even more embarrassing is a struggling airline like Alitalia has a nicer lounge then any Delta SkyClub yet I am guessing that there are more SkyClub members at Delta then Alitalia so Delta has more membership money to spend on the clubs.

What I would like to see...
-At SkyClubs in international terminals offer appetizers pre-flight again during the regular times. Outside of regular times offer light snacks.
-Make the SkyClubs more vibrant and more hip (like the Miami one) the other SkyClubs are boring and I feel like I am walking in a bank to cash a check lol. I know it sounds weird but banks are boring.
-Take away the "Tips Are Appreciated" signs at the bar. It is tacky. I will leave a tip lol. But on the other hand I pay enough for the membership where you should be paying them enough.
-One thing I like about Amsterdam's lounge is that they have personal tv's you can watch. Very nice touch. Get a sponsor and add that. I am sure ATT new UVerse would love to sponsor that.
