Yes, when you arrive, follow the Purple and White signs for "Flight Connections Terminal 5" and you will go through the Flight Connections area. They will scan your connecting boarding card, and you will be directed up a set of escalators which will bring you out into the North security area. You do not go through immigration to do this.
