What Petrus said... But, a good guide is when you come through security North and turn to the right... Look to the far end and you will see a BA logo and "Galleries" in large silver letters behind a glass wall, which is the South Galleries lounges, the door to the CCR is pretty much directly beneath that on the same level as security. So, just head for that and you are there!
