Has this happened to anyone else, or do my wife & I just have a string of bad luck?

In all of our CO flights, we've only had 3 dishes of ice cream between us: IAH-ANC (her, 2 years ago), IAH-NRT and EWR-SEA (me, both this year). Two of the 3 dishes had plastic in with the ice cream. Sure, it's not the end of the world, and there are bigger issues, but it is rather disgusting. Anyone else find the special 'treat' in their dishes?
