CO's Economy Class is not the best, but not the worst either. The 777s have AVOD (audio/video on demand) with a separate screen and remote for each seat. Food is free, but nothing to get to excited over. Here is a seat map of CO's 777. It has information about which seats are the best. The bulkhead seats are reserved for special needs (I'm not sure if a 21 month old would qualify, but it doesn't hurt to call and ask).
