Don't count on it. For all you folks getting excited about BE domestic-HNL, I'd set your expectations low. While it's nice to get the BE cabin with the NWA WBC seats, don't expect BE service. DL definitely downgraded the food and service when they took over a year ago, and I wouldn't expect them to bring it back to the domestic F+ standard it used to be soon.
My guess is that these agents have no idea what they are talking about and are blowing smoke. Just like when I asked them about publishing an award chart with an international origination, they simply responded and sent me the link for the current chart and told me, "we already have a published award chart". Gee thanks for reading my email DL.

Someone from Delta should clarify the HNL BE service on this forum...would only take a few seconds.
Reagrding the award chart with an international origination...I did email Delta about that and received this response:
"Most intra-Asia and Europe awards are flown by Delta's partners and it may be necessary to book these over the telephone."
