I have a long weekend in Dresden coming up at the end of September. It's an "extra" trip so I'd like to do it as nicely but economically as possible.

I'm planning to stay at the Kempinski Dresden Taschenbergpalais. At the moment I've got a Deluxe Room booked.

That said, my best rate all round, will be an air/hotel package however; I could end up in one of the Standard rooms.

Assuming that view isn't as important to me as comfort, how do the Standard rooms compare to the Superior and Deluxe. On their website, the biggest difference seems to be size.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
