TAM would be responsible for your missed connection if their plane is late. AA would redirect you back to TAM (although YMMV and they might help) for dealing with this theoretical delay.

If you bought your ticket through Orbitz as From: OKC TO: GRU and it all appeared as one giant ticket, then it's all linked... your ticket is for carriage from OKC to GRU and v/v. If you bought them as IGU-GRU (1 ticket) and GRU-OKC, then that's 2 tickets and you're potentially hosed if TAM is late, but YMMV as far as "how hosed".
