I have had nothing but excellent service from Continental, so I was a bit surprised at this representative's statement, and as long as its inaccurate, I'm not upset. But wanted to know from you all if it is accurate.
I doubt what the agent told you is accurate. I've actually made six changes to a recent reward reservation and not have a single issue.
