I typically change my award flighs 5 or 6 times and have never ever had a bad response from RA. I hope that CO OP doesn't go the way of UA MP where once you start an award segment on a partner airline, you cannot even make a single change.

One Pass has been a very decent product up to now but unfortunately I fear we will soon start to see some degradation in this product, just as I have already noticed some degradation in CO's overall product.
