Very simple. Can be booked online as three separate one way awards. JFK-FRA, FRA-SIN, SIN-JFK. One advantage of this is that, if you want to leave from a different port in Europe or on different flight out of FRA (eg to travel on the newer product such as 77W or A380) you can as well.
The disadvantage you have to add up different cabin requirements, so it would 67.5K (JFK-FRA C) + 35 K (FRA-SIN Y) + 40K (SIN-JFK Y) less 15 % discount if booked online. If spending 87K to get to SIN in C/Y - if you have the points I'd consider spending and extra 27.75K points to go on a standard business award all the way, which allows a stopover in FRA and new product from FRA-SIN.
Of course if it was in one cabin all the way, you can book a stopover in one direction in FRA as part of return saver award booking.
