Hi Wlgnz,

I have checked and there is no office in NZ. There was an office on 99 Queen st, Auckland which closed 1.5 yrs back. They still rent this property so you will still find their name on the tenants list and also on AI call centre website. Even the phone nos are not active. I have been there personally yesterday. I even tried the Sydney no's only 2 are working asking to leave a message and will get back. But no one bothers to call you.

When you try the mumbai no's starting with 283.... the operator there is very rude and will give you toll free nos to contact. She will not listen that you are calling from overseas and how these no's will work. If you try the toll free no's (4 of them), 2 gets disconnected and the others you will hear the ring and they will terminate after 2 rings.

If you try to contact via feedback form on AI website, it says email succesful but then you receive a delivery error note on your email.

The best way to contact is calling the call centre in Navi Mumbai on 275... and they can help you out. Mind you, you can book online for a new ticket using a credit card but if you want to make changes like reschedule to pay the charges there is no cc facility at this call centre. They will ask you to come down personally at their counter (which is not worth from NZ) or send a money order.
