I had a very tight connection today, (late inbound), 18 minutes. I made the flight. Now, 7 hours later, when I look at my itineraries, it doesn't yet show the original segment, which I made, but shows the segment for late tonight on which they protected me.

Itin updates are not happening promptly or properly.

Another itin kept disappearing and reappearing this weekend.
