Landspeed: Can you share your definition of a premium passenger? I assume you mean only one who is flying in J or F... Perhaps my perspective is different because I've done a lot of U.S. travel this year, and whenever I check in at the F desk (when flying in Y) I always get the Premium luggage tags, et al. I have always seen AA as viewing OW Sapphire and Emerald as Premium pax, regardless of class of service flown.
