"Terrace Lounge"? What's that?

It's so frustrating to me that one reason I was excited about being PLAT was so I *could* use the lounges on my international flights and now every time I turn around there's another reason why I CAN'T use them! <UGH!> Gee...It's not like it would cost AA soooo much to let me in, give me a coke, a bag of pretzels and some quiet place to sit for a while!!!
