Oh, I absolutely do understand that, hence my comment, "In my experience, crew that I actually meet on board are generally good, and I find it hard to reconcile that they are the ones voting to strike or playing silly games...", and we rarely come on here praising "normal" service (although I do always make a point of using ba.com/welldone if I get particularly good service.

It just seems we get more and more posts about poor service recently, especially since the whole cc strike debacle started.

I'm still generally happy with BA and continue to prefer them over others and I say again, I have not suffered from "can't be bothered-ness" (although I have had some sectors with indifferent crew).
