LHR-HUB, I can understand your apprehension but remember negative incidents do tend to get amplified here with much going unsaid on the dependable and excellent service BA passengers enjoy as a rule. I'm not saying snotty attitude does not exist amongst disgruntled crews (which I witnessed at first hand the other month) but broadly speaking such outward display of negativity is attributed to a tiny minority, I'd say.
